Num Jim Jaew is a spicy Isan-Thai style sauce that you eat with grilled meat. It is a flavorful, rich sauce with a delicious toasted aroma from the dried chili and rice.

NOTES:
Some people might like more spicy, sweet or more sour, you can add more ingredients to make the sauce to your own taste.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 tbsp. Toasted Dried Chili, grounded
1 tbsp. Toasted Glutinous Rice, grounded
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Tamarind Paste
1 1/2 tsp. Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp. Water
1 tbsp. Shallot, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, except cilantro and shallots.
Mix till the sugar dissolved.
Give it a taste.
Top with cilantro and shallots.
